Hygiene Rules
All on-site participants will be asked to provide written or electronic proof according to the 3G access model (tested negative, vaccinated or recovered) upon arrival at the IGIC registration desk. In addition, antigen testing for self-testing will be provided on-site.
Wearing a medical mask is mandatory in common areas (hallways, restrooms, entryway, etc. ). This does not apply at the seating or presentation area or during the consumption of food and beverages.

Presentations
All presentation will be held in room „Dr. Heinrich Kolem“ (first floor). The room is equipped with a laptop and a projector. Please load your presentation slides onto the laptop and test them during the break before your session. Our technicians will be happy to assist you.
Poster session
The poster session will be held in the foyer. Please use poster size DIN A0 (vertical alignment) and attach the posters by 10 am on the day of the respective poster session. Our technicians will be happy to assist you.
