Session Languages
All sessions will be conducted in English.
Oral Presentations
All oral presentations will take place in the room “Dr. Heinrich Kolem” (first floor), which is equipped with a laptop and projector. Please upload your presentation slides to the provided laptop and test them during the break before your session. Technical staff will be available to assist you if needed.
Poster Presentations
The poster sessions will be held in the foyer. Please prepare your poster in size DIN A0 (portrait orientation) and mount it by 10:00 AM on the day of your scheduled session. Our staff will be happy to help with setup and any technical questions.
